Luxeline Interiors Pvt. Ltd. – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Luxeline Interiors Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Luxeline Interiors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (referred to as “you” or “the client”) for the provision of interior design services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services: Luxeline Interiors will provide interior design and decorating services as agreed upon between both parties. The scope of services, including timelines and deliverables, will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract.

3. Fees and Payments: The client agrees to pay Luxeline Interiors the fees and expenses as specified in the contract. Payment terms, including due dates and methods of payment, will be detailed in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property: All designs, drawings, plans, and other materials created by Luxeline Interiors are the intellectual property of Luxeline Interiors. The client may use them only for the agreed-upon project and may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for any other purpose without our written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, access to the property, and all necessary permissions and approvals for the project. Delays or additional costs resulting from the client’s actions or omissions will be the client’s responsibility.

6. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the contract.

7. Confidentiality: Both Luxeline Interiors and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information and not disclose sensitive information to third parties.

8. Quality and Performance: Luxeline Interiors will strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your satisfaction is important, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

9. Liability and Insurance: Luxeline Interiors carries appropriate liability insurance, but the client is responsible for any damage or loss to their property not caused by our negligence. We recommend the client also maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

10. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the contract.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to arbitration or mediation, as outlined in the contract, or resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Luxeline Interiors and the client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
